* I was freaked out by the poor woman who drove across the country in a diaper. Man the things us women are driven to do.
* I was freaked out by the death of Anna Nicole Smith..not that I liked the woman ...or knew much about her. I just hate it when someone dies too young. She just had a baby AND lost her 20 year old son. Talk about some postpartum depression!
* Our weather has gone to hell in a handbag.It's been freezing cold here for the last few days annnd windy!
* I never realized what an ordeal it was to market one's self. LOL
It has taken me over a week to come up with 200 postcards, 5,000 business cards and 2 truck magnets.
The worst part was trying to come up with a "slogan" for lack of a better word. I have read and read and read on this subject and apparently ,with all the internet stuff that is available now the public feels that "the human connection" is missing in Real estate.
Working with my "ad man" Wes at www.fuelmultimedia.com ,I wound up going with my original slogan "treating you like family" Lame , I know. But so was everything else we came up with.
I was very close to using "commitment and integrity you deserve"
but ...then I have to remember that I am in Hot Springs. and that just isn't very "warm or Southern"ACK!!
Wes sent a "joke" magnet that was all hillbilly. It would be funny if I could have actually used it.
That's comedy. Ha!
* Cavuto has found a new fascination, the bathtub faucet. He will sit there waiting for me to turn the water on so he can run his feet through the pouring water. What a little weirdo.
* For the past 2 or 3 weekends Hazel and I have been going to open houses.There's some really nice houses out here. Come buy one!!!
*We're all sick of winter and ready for Spring.How much longer???For the love of God!
*My house is a sty , as usual. yes , I am shocked at what a slob I am.
*I've been living on lean cuisines and dry mini wheats ...have I lost and ounce? Ummm hell no!!!
So as you can see, I've been busy but it's all been pretty boring.
